By car from Glasgow and Edinburgh Airport
Join the City by-pass at Gogarburn roundabout heading south A720. Take the Lasswade junction slip road and turn right through Lasswade. Follow directions to Bonnyrigg and go straight through Bonnyrigg in the direction of Gorebridge. Before you reach Cockpen roundabout The Retreat Castle Hotel is on the right hand side.

By car from Edinburgh City Centre
Take the A7 to Sheriffhall roundabout, take the A7 to south Galashiels passing through 3 roundabouts. At the 4th roundabout take the B6392 on the right towards Bonnyrigg at the next roundabout take 2nd exit. The Retreat Castle Hotel is on the left.
